Well, the 90th Academy Awards has come and gone (without another #Envelopegate, I may add) and my predictions score was 17/24! It’s my highest score, tied with my score from the Oscars ceremony two years ago. Coco won Best Animated Feature and Dear Basketball won Best Animated Short (yes, Kobe Bryant now has more Oscars than Alfred Hitchcock!). For a list of the other winners, please click here.

The Animation Commendation 
Very predictable Academy Awards. Too predictable for anyone’s taste I imagine. I did not expect any other picture apart from Coco to win the Best Animation.
I’m not the least bit surprised that COCO won Best Animated Feature; what with all the praise it got, it was a shoo-in.
I haven’t seen The Breadwinner, but so far, I would say Coco was the most deserved to win that award, lol.
