The teaser trailer for Pixar’s upcoming film based on Día de Muertos, Coco, has debuted!
I’m really looking forward to it! The film does seem reminiscent of other animated films like The Book of Life and Kubo and the Two Strings, but it’s different enough to be its own thing. I love the animation, the characters, and just the overall feel of the movie! Even the dog with the weird tongue is endearing, lol!
Coco hits theaters on November 22, 2017. Are you looking forward to it?

It does indeed! Then again, I knew this, Cars 3, and LEGO Batman Movie would be the best animated films of the year, lol!
I’m glad to see that COCO is taking a page from MOANA’s book, in terms of doing such vast amounts of research to reverently portray a non-Western culture.
Yeah, I’m excited to see what the final product looks like!
