The teaser trailer for Warner Animation Group’s upcoming film, Scoob!, has been released!
What do you all think of the trailer? I’m glad to finally see an animated Scooby-Doo film released in theaters! I don’t know what to make of Zac Efron, Amanda Seyfried, Gina Rodriguez, and Will Forte voicing the Mystery Inc. gang though.
The Animation Commendation 
I really enjoyed the visual gags and atmosphere. I found the dialogue poor, but hopefully the finished product will be better there. I will see if it can top Zombie Island as the best Scooby-Doo movie.
My fave SD movie is probably Cyber-Chase or Alien Invaders actually.
Yeah, I agree that the dialogue is poor, but it could just be for the trailer.
Both movies are entertaining to the end, and have some major changes to the formula.
I’m really excited for this!! WAG also usually delivers on really fun and visually nice movies, so I’m honestly pumped just for that reason!
I agree with you on the trailer dialogue feeling awkward… idk if it’s just me, but it does feel like trailers for (Particularly animated) movies have gotten… really bad. 😦 They seem super gag focused as opposed to showcasing the awesome world and story these movies have!
Yeah, I guess it’s a marketing thing, but it’s still weird.
It makes sense–they crack kids up! But especially knowing all the hard work that went into these movies it’s hard to see them mis-represented–or at best, just not showcasing the full awesomeness!! (OR spoiling the whole thing FFS!!! AHH! Don’t watch the Dragons: Homecoming trailer if you don’t want to know how it ends)
