And those are the animated films with US theatrical release dates set for 2019, to the best of my knowledge. Some animated films such as Arctic Justice: Thunder Squad, Playmobil: The Movie, Farmageddon: A Shaun the Sheep Movie, and Wish Dragon do not have US release dates yet.

I can safely say that I have an interest in every single one of these films listed here! Yes, some more than others, but I can’t say I wouldn’t want to see any of the films listed here. My top 3 most anticipated animated films of 2019 (discounting Farmageddon: A Shaun the Sheep Movie) are Toy Story 4, Frozen 2, and The Addams Family! I’m more curious to see what they will do with Toy Story 4 and Frozen 2 rather than I’m dying to see the films. And this animated The Addams Family will be my introduction to this creepy, kooky, mysterious, and spooky family.

What do you think of the 2019 animated films? What are your top 3 most anticipated? Let me know in the comments below!

  1. I didn’t even know they were making another Shaun the Sheep movie! I loved the first one and am excited for the sequel, especially since the first was all but swept under the rug when it was released. Didn’t know about Addams Family either, but the designs have a Tim Burton vibe I’m digging. I adore the live-action movies so here’s hoping the animated one will live up to them.

  2. I am most excited for Toy Story 4, Frozen 2, and Lego Movie 2 – though I’m also curious about the Addams Family!
