Seeing as there will be no Disney Canon film released this year, I think it’s a good idea for me to catch up on the Forgotten/Minor Characters posts for the Disney Canon films that I haven’t done yet. Today, we take a look at the 2014 film, Big Hero 6. I won’t go over the plot or my thoughts of the film here as I’ve done that already, so let’s go straight into the forgotten/minor character for this film: the General.

The first trailer for the upcoming Cartoon Saloon film, The Breadwinner, has been released:
Based on the book of the same name, the film focuses on a girl who must dress and work as a boy to provide for her family when her father gets unjustly arrested in the Taliban-controlled Afghanistan. I love the story and the animation style, so I’m really looking forward to this one!
If you’re like most people, when you heard that Sony Animation was making a film entitled, The Emoji Movie, you kinda groaned. And the teaser trailer didn’t help matters much either. But now, we’ve gotten the first theatrical trailer for the film:
I’ll be honest, it doesn’t seem as horrible as I thought it would be. But, it still seems groan-worthy! It feels like a mixture of Inside Out and Wreck-It Ralph, but not in a good way. I dunno, how do you all feel about this film?

Disney has just announced that their upcoming animated film, Frozen 2, will be released to theaters on November 27, 2019! Also Wreck-It Ralph 2 has been pushed back to November 21, 2018 and Gigantic has been pushed back to November 25, 2020.
Are you all looking forward to a Frozen sequel? How do you feel about the other films being pushed back? I’m actually quite sad that Gigantic won’t come out until 2020!
